Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic book of business by prioritizing clients and spotting scaling opportunities
• Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach
• Provide strategic account insights by analyzing data and creating custom reports
• Act as a proactive consultant to ensure clients follow best practices
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management and technical implementations
• Lead quarterly business reviews and meetings with stakeholders ranging from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a results-driven customer-facing role in digital marketing
• Experience managing premium media agency clients
• Knowledge of KPI-based campaign management and optimization (ROI/CPA)
• Understanding of the Ad Tech industry and Media Agencies landscape
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data
• Excellent technological skills for campaign implementation and optimization
• Willingness to travel for business
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
