Enterprise Account Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical discovery across multiple workflows and systems to identify transformation opportunities.
• Architect advanced, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment paths with clear ROI narratives.
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) capturing long-term goals and adoption strategies.
• Proactively identify multi-solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Lead complex technical escalations requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical insights.
• Orchestrate internal specialists for demonstrations, benchmarking, and technical workshops.
• Represent Autodesk in enterprise events and industry discussions as a thought leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-complexity technical engagements and architect advanced solution designs.
• Proven experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical proficiency in Autodesk capabilities or similar enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical specialist teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to support transformation strategies using industry insights.
• Commitment to staying current with advanced technologies, including AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Autodesk solutions or comparable enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical discovery and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of driving multi-solution expansion opportunities and revenue growth.
• Experience representing organizations at industry events and in thought leadership roles.
• Ability to develop compelling customer-centric narratives and solution justification artifacts.
