About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies aimed at growing Affordable Access at existing accounts
  • Track and maintain accuracy of pricing product specifications and digital content delivery
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external channel, bookstore, and distribution partners
  • Develop strategies for oversight of codeless offer set ups and resolve delivery issues
  • Achieve revenue growth goals associated with installed Affordable Access programs
  • Provide pricing recommendations and support District Sales teams in implementing strategies
  • Utilize sales dashboards, Tableau, and Rockbook to identify expansion opportunities
  • Audit data from external channel partners to ensure accuracy and safeguard revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • General understanding of the Higher Education market
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Implementation Consultant
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
