About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and optimization of existing Key Account partnerships, focusing on increasing active stores and food waste reduction
- Manage a portfolio of large national franchised brands and Irish partners
- Develop tailored joint business plans and account strategies in collaboration with Store Operations Managers
- Perform data analysis to identify performance trends, opportunities, and store improvement needs
- Conduct commercial planning, forecasting, and financial projections
- Manage the expansion pipeline, including stakeholder mapping and training delivery
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and ESG teams to maximize growth opportunities
Requirements
- Strong Key Account Management experience, ideally within the Franchise sector
- Proven track record of achieving business growth within existing accounts
- Excellent commercial acumen and experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and MS Excel for performance reporting
- Ability to create and deliver impactful, data-driven presentations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Passion for sustainability and food waste reduction
