About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive institutional-level adoptions of enterprise software and services within the Chicago and Wisconsin territory.
- Lead enterprise and institutional sales of Sharpen Advantage and Affordable Access solutions.
- Deliver C-level presentations to foster large-scale consultative selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enterprise revenue within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with institutional leadership to identify opportunities for new enterprise services and growth.
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless operational excellence.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of demonstrable sales success in higher education or enterprise-level software/services.
- Strong business acumen and professional maturity to handle complex sales situations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Must permanently reside within the Chicago, Illinois or Wisconsin territory.
