About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional-level adoptions of enterprise software and services within the Chicago and Wisconsin territory.
  • Lead enterprise and institutional sales of Sharpen Advantage and Affordable Access solutions.
  • Deliver C-level presentations to foster large-scale consultative selling opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enterprise revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with institutional leadership to identify opportunities for new enterprise services and growth.
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless operational excellence.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable sales success in higher education or enterprise-level software/services.
  • Strong business acumen and professional maturity to handle complex sales situations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Must permanently reside within the Chicago, Illinois or Wisconsin territory.
