About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship with enterprise grade partners as their primary representative
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to design, sell, and implement custom transportation solutions
- Identify and generate additional revenue streams through up-sells and cross-sells
- Maintain an active pipeline with meticulous attention to opportunity staging and revenue forecasts
- Work with internal cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Lead recurring check-ins and formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop scalable go-to-market collateral
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development)
- Experience working towards revenue targets and driving growth within a managed portfolio
- Proven success managing large customers and prioritizing complex workflows
- Strong communication skills to explain transportation technology solutions
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced sales environment
