Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship with enterprise grade partners as their primary representative
• Partner with Fortune 500 companies to design, sell, and implement custom transportation solutions
• Identify and generate additional revenue streams through up-sells and cross-sells
• Maintain an active pipeline with meticulous attention to opportunity staging and revenue forecasts
• Work with internal cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Lead recurring check-ins and formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop scalable go-to-market collateral

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development)
• Experience working towards revenue targets and driving growth within a managed portfolio
• Proven success managing large customers and prioritizing complex workflows
• Strong communication skills to explain transportation technology solutions
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced sales environment
