About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients in the Dallas Fort Worth area
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with enterprise accounts to understand unique business challenges
- Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and secure contract extensions
- Identify and pursue joint growth opportunities and new business through sales hunting and prospecting
- Analyze account performance data and track KPIs to provide data-driven insights to clients
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate solution development and mitigate relationship risks
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in account management or customer relationship management
- Proven experience in sales hunting, including prospecting new business and nurturing existing customers
- Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and territory management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and various customer relationship management tools
