About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients in the Bay Area territory
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with enterprise accounts to understand unique business challenges
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and secure contract extensions
  • Identify and pursue joint growth opportunities and new business through sales hunting and prospecting
  • Analyze account performance data and track KPIs to provide data-driven insights to clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate solution development and mitigate relationship risks
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in account management or customer relationship management
  • Proven sales hunting experience, including prospecting new business and nurturing existing customers
  • Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and territory management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern customer relationship management tools
