About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to align client objectives with organizational offerings
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing enterprise accounts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales specialists to create tailored solutions and improve win rates
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to ensure favorable terms
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients regarding deliverables and roadblocks
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of work experience in account management or customer relationship management
  • Proven experience in sales hunting, including prospecting new business and nurturing customers
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong skills in business development, sales strategy, and territory management
