Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans that align client objectives with organizational offerings
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategic insights and solutions
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services within existing enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions addressing unique client needs and challenges
• Engage with sales specialists and partners to leverage organizational capabilities and improve win rates
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to ensure favorable terms
• Provide regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients regarding deliverables and roadblocks
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies impacting client business

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of work experience in account management, CRM, or a related field
• Proven experience in strategic account planning and stakeholder management
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation and pricing discussions
