About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Client Success Management to ensure employer partners see value and drive retention and growth
- Serve as the primary owner for a book of existing employer partners, driving renewals and expansions
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at Director, SVP, VP, and C-suite levels
- Manage and present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with the Employer Customer Success Team to ensure product adoption and success
- Act as an internal advocate and escalation point for customers
- Assist in developing scalable account management tools and methodologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales or Account Management experience
- 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role
- Experience preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and account planning
- Proven history of quota attainment
- Experience selling to executives at Fortune 1000 companies
- Experience managing customer relationships alongside Customer Success teams
- Ability to use data and usage metrics to justify expansion
- Impeccable communication and professional presentation skills
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco or New York 5 days a week
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements
