Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Client Success Management to ensure employer partners see value and drive retention and growth
• Serve as the primary owner for a book of existing employer partners, driving renewals and expansions
• Develop and cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at Director, SVP, VP, and C-suite levels
• Manage and present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews
• Partner with the Employer Customer Success Team to ensure product adoption and success
• Act as an internal advocate and escalation point for customers
• Assist in developing scalable account management tools and methodologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales or Account Management experience
• 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role
• Experience preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and account planning
• Proven history of quota attainment
• Experience selling to executives at Fortune 1000 companies
• Experience managing customer relationships alongside Customer Success teams
• Ability to use data and usage metrics to justify expansion
• Impeccable communication and professional presentation skills
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco or New York 5 days a week
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements
