Responsibilities
- Own upsell and renewal across a book of enterprise accounts to drive growth
- Build and map relationships from day-to-day contacts up to the C-suite
- Drive expansion by selling additional products and use cases
- Translate customer AI transformation priorities into revenue opportunities
- Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure business and revenue success
- Help build the enterprise account management playbook for scaling
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience with a quota
- Proven track record of driving meaningful expansion and revenue growth within existing accounts
- Ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships
- Strong business communication skills and ability to create value narratives
- Comfort discussing AI strategy and enablement with senior executives
