About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer journey for strategic, high-value enterprise accounts
- Build and execute strategic business plans aligned with contract lifecycle timelines
- Drive customer profitability through commercial insight and identifying upsell opportunities
- Lead Quarterly Business Insight Reviews (QBIRs) with actionable strategic recommendations
- Interpret complex data to deliver insights that optimize multinational travel programmes
- Act as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and analytics
- Support implementations and drive product adoption initiatives to improve traveller satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in account management
- Proven track record managing large, complex, multinational client portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing profitability and contracts
- Expertise in strategic account management and high-level stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence multicultural teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of global travel and expense (T&E) environments
