About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize client value
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with partner goals and drive long-term retention
- Lead high-value negotiations to structure and close deals that benefit both DoorDash and enterprise clients
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and key insights to help partners optimize performance
- Project manage large-scale initiatives, including POS integrations, menu optimization, and performance reporting
- Act as the primary face of DoorDash for enterprise partners, building relationships at all organizational levels
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of influencing key decision-makers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment
- Strong project management skills to oversee large-scale partner initiatives
