Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement
• Manage a portfolio of 100+ dental accounts, focusing on the Enterprise segment (parent accounts with 4+ locations)
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new user activations and scanner sales
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with doctors to foster trust and loyalty
• Utilize data and customer feedback to analyze your book of business and formulate engagement plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams to drive customer satisfaction and product enhancements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the dental industry within Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio
• Experience managing and establishing relationships with multiple stakeholders at SMBs
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort using dashboards to inform decision-making
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in person in our London office 5 days a week

• Deep understanding of dental practice operations and the digital dentistry market
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to speak the language of clinicians to effectively problem-solve and partner with customers
