Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with customer needs.
• Deliver proposed solutions involving Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop optimized account management plans.
• Position and sell services to multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Strong background in account management and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience selling complex business technology solutions.
