About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
- Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
- Develop and manage overall account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Position and sell Comcast Business Class services to various organizational levels, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize account management plans
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Proven experience in strategic account management and relationship building
- Demonstrated track record of sales quota achievement
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
