About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
  • Develop and manage overall account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Position and sell Comcast Business Class services to various organizational levels, including C-level executives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize account management plans
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
  • Proven experience in strategic account management and relationship building
  • Demonstrated track record of sales quota achievement
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
