Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
• Develop and manage overall account strategies, including the identification of retention opportunities
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure alignment with Comcast Business Services
• Deliver proposed solutions related to Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize sales and retention strategies
• Position and sell services across multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
• Proven experience in strategic account management and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strong direct selling experience
• Ability to manage revenue, sales opportunities, funnels, and forecasts
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
