About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
  • Develop and manage overall account strategies, including identification of incremental revenue and retention of embedded services
  • Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with customer needs
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Position and sell services across multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize sales and retention strategies

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC
  • Strong skills in qualification development and sales development
  • Proven ability to manage sales funnels, forecasts, and quotas
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
