About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
- Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
- Develop and manage overall account strategies, including identification of incremental revenue and retention of embedded services
- Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with customer needs
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Position and sell services across multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize sales and retention strategies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC
- Strong skills in qualification development and sales development
- Proven ability to manage sales funnels, forecasts, and quotas
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
