About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities.
- Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
- Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with customer needs.
- Deliver proposed solutions involving Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop optimized account management plans.
- Position and sell services to multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in account management or sales.
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management and relationship building.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on revenue growth and retention.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered.
