About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Lead compelling demos that differentiate Coder and communicate value
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver thorough technical evaluations
- Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Travel as needed to support deals and customer relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years in software sales with a strong prospecting background
- 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies
- Experience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools
- Experience with GenAI & Agentic development tools
- Track record of exceeding quota and pipeline goals
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Based in Texas, California, or New York
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background or experience with open source software
- Curiosity about emerging AI workflows and developer tools
