About the Company

Ash delivers the infrastructure for health plans and digital-health organizations to offer at-home testing programs to their end users, enabling care-gap closure, improved population health, and measurable quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans for channel partners and strategic accounts to drive expansion and renewals
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and clinical leadership
  • Lead renewals and expansions of existing agreements to ensure high retention and zero churn
  • Drive revenue through channel partners via joint GTM motions and partner commercialization strategies
  • Collaborate with Client Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine value propositions
  • Own forecasting for expansion and partner-sourced revenue and monitor pipeline health

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or expansion-focused sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in commercial roles
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes at the executive level
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM hygiene and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate business value and ROI to clinical and financial leadership
