Enterprise Account Manager 2

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities.
• Proactively engage customers to understand changing business needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Deliver proposed solutions involving Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, SD-WAN, and other Business Class products.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution.
• Position and sell services to multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel.
• Manage sales funnels, forecasts, and account management plans in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in account management or sales.
• Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise-level customer portfolios.
