Enterprise Account Lead, Physical Sciences

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a high-quality pipeline against revenue targets
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across R&D and business leadership
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and deal records
• Engage with physical sciences buyers to explain Lila's role in their R&D stack
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts end-to-end, including expansion and renewal
• Partner with product and science teams to scope high-value customer engagements
• Own technical RFI and DDQ responses
• Refine revenue CRM and define repeatable GTM playbooks

Requirements

• BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent in chemistry, materials, physics, or chemical engineering
• 2-5+ years in a client-facing role (BD, enterprise sales, consulting, or applied science)
• Experience in fast-moving, highly technical, cross-functional environments
• Strong ability to translate technical depth into customer-ready narratives
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple live accounts
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML applied to physical sciences (property prediction, generative models)
• Direct exposure to enterprise R&D buying cycles in chemicals, energy, or materials
• Prior experience in frontier AI (SaaS, biotech, or robotics)
• Experience as a founder or early GTM hire
