About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution plan for your territory
  • Lead discovery conversations to align solutions to customer needs
  • Communicate the VONQ value proposition to prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Create accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline transparency

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B consultative sales
  • Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, or digital marketing preferred
  • Strong customer empathy and commercial solution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or Dutch
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment marketing
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions
