About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution plan for your territory
- Lead discovery conversations to align solutions to customer needs
- Communicate the VONQ value proposition to prospective buyers
- Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process
- Create accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline transparency
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B consultative sales
- Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, or digital marketing preferred
- Strong customer empathy and commercial solution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or Dutch
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills

- Experience with recruitment marketing
- Experience with AI-driven solutions
