Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with enterprise-level prospects through long sales cycles
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor
- Lead high-stakes negotiations, including legal and procurement processes
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver customized solutions
- Contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and identify strategic opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Requirements
- Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales with multi-six or seven-figure deals
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and ability to negotiate with C-level executives
- Consultative selling approach to design tailored solutions
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face stakeholder interactions
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
- Technical affinity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
