Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with enterprise-level prospects through long sales cycles
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor
• Lead high-stakes negotiations, including legal and procurement processes
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver customized solutions
• Contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and identify strategic opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams

Requirements

• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales with multi-six or seven-figure deals
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong executive presence and ability to negotiate with C-level executives
• Consultative selling approach to design tailored solutions
• Willingness to travel for face-to-face stakeholder interactions
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English
• Technical affinity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
