We are a venture-backed team of 30 based in Santa Barbara.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and discover your own leads creatively to get in front of the right buyers
  • Build long-term trust with prospects to close deals ranging from $100,000 to 7 figures
  • Operate autonomously within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Manage long sales cycles of 6-9 months

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Consistent track record of outperforming quotas and being a top performer
  • Ability to create own processes and materials in the absence of existing frameworks
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for customer experience and brand listening
  • Extremely hard worker with strong collaborative skills
