Responsibilities
- Build a sales roadmap and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Create a sales playbook by establishing and documenting best practices
- Establish a customer base end-to-end by identifying and nurturing potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on customer-facing assets
- Sell Thread’s value proposition and hone personas and segments based on the offering
- Convey product feedback and market trends to leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of sustained sales performance within SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure
- 2+ years of selling into Enterprise organizations
- Experience in outbound prospecting and conducting technical demonstrations
- Experience in a quota-carrying, technical sales role, ideally in emergent technology
- Ability to understand technical differentiators and communicate insights to leadership
- Experience at a start-up or in a rapidly growing company
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building a sales playbook and pipeline 0->1
- Experience selling technical infrastructure such as ML platforms or APIs
- Experience in consultative selling or solutions engineering motions
- Experience building a sales team
- Experience in the workflow automation space (RPA, iPaaS, etc.)
