About the role
Responsibilities
- Craft and lead sophisticated, insight-led sales narratives tailored to client business priorities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to scope platform requirements and API integrations
- Orchestrate internal alignment across Finance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Account Management
- Represent Square in C-suite meetings and at industry conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders at leading brands and platform partners
- Channel customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep experience in technical sales cycles involving API integrations and platform configuration
- Proven ability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals internally and externally
- Strong executive presence for C-suite and technical stakeholder engagement
- Experience selling complex SaaS or fintech products (payments or commerce preferred)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
