About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop sales strategies and regional sales plans within the allocated territory
- Partner with marketing teams to develop revenue growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams
- Conduct Executive and CxO positioning meetings
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to opportunity closure
- Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle software or cloud-based application sales experience
- Proven track record working with large BFSI customers
- Experience hitting annual ARR quotas of $1m+
- Experience with cloud, databases, BI software, data warehousing, or SaaS
- Strong presentation, listening, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
