About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop sales strategies and regional sales plans within the allocated territory
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop revenue growth plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams
  • Conduct Executive and CxO positioning meetings
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to opportunity closure
  • Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle software or cloud-based application sales experience
  • Proven track record working with large BFSI customers
  • Experience hitting annual ARR quotas of $1m+
  • Experience with cloud, databases, BI software, data warehousing, or SaaS
  • Strong presentation, listening, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
