About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and territory on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop sales strategies and regional sales plans with target prospect lists
- Partner with marketing teams to develop revenue growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams
- Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO positioning meetings
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to opportunity closure
- Perform ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction and drive expansion
Requirements
- 8+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology
- 5+ years of experience generating new business within Enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of hitting annual ARR quotas of $1M+
- Experience managing complex sales processes and high-volume face-to-face meetings
- Strong presentation, listening, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- BA/BS degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Telco or Hospitality
- Experience implementing MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to Enterprise clients
