About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated prospective accounts on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop sales strategies and regional sales plans within the allocated territory
- Partner with marketing teams to develop plans that drive revenue growth
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO positioning meetings
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to opportunity closure
- Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue
Requirements
- 8+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology
- 4+ years of industry-focused experience generating new business within enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of hitting annual ARR quotas of $1M+
- Experience closing complex six-figure deals
- Proficiency in implementing MEDDPICC
- Strong executive-level relationship management skills
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and present technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
