About the role

Responsibilities

  • Become a Snowflake product expert and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions in the market.
  • Qualify prospects, acquire new customers, and continuously expand existing customer accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies using target prospect lists and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within assigned accounts/territories.
  • Build close, trusting relationships with CxOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of field sales experience in the SaaS industry specifically targeting the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in the full sales cycle from relationship building and management to contract execution.
  • Experience in strategic new business development through creative prospecting.
  • Ability to independently develop account plans and sales strategies.
  • Experience in value-selling by identifying customer pain points and presenting appropriate solutions and expected outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to approach and build long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for data technology and insight into the latest industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals efficiently.
  • "One Team" mindset with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
  • Business English proficiency is a plus.
