Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise customers
- Lead negotiations and manage complex deal cycles, including contract navigation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, technical, and operations teams
- Help define and refine the company's early-stage sales motion
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles
- Proven track record of identifying and closing large accounts
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals
- Professional fluency in English and German
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends
- Experience building GTM strategies or sales teams from scratch or early-stage growth
