Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise customers
  • Lead negotiations and manage complex deal cycles, including contract navigation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, technical, and operations teams
  • Help define and refine the company's early-stage sales motion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing large accounts
  • Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals
  • Professional fluency in English and German
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends
  • Experience building GTM strategies or sales teams from scratch or early-stage growth
