About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships with large financial services institutions, including banks, insurers, and fintechs.
- Sell complex agentic AI solutions by mapping capabilities to mission-critical workflows like underwriting, fraud detection, and compliance.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Data/AI Officers.
- Lead complex deal cycles, including business case development, ROI modeling, and multi-threaded account planning.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Research teams to land and scale high-impact AI programs.
- Navigate regulatory, security, and procurement processes unique to the financial services industry.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a significant focus on financial services.
- Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-million dollar enterprise deals in highly regulated environments.
- Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows (e.g., KYC/AML, claims, investment research, or operations).
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and disciplined forecasting.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically selling agentic AI, LLM platforms, or automation solutions.
- Background working alongside risk, compliance, or data organizations within large enterprises.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations such as model risk management and data privacy.
- Prior experience in high-growth or emerging technology environments.
