About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships with strategic healthcare and life sciences organizations, including providers, payers, pharma, and biotech.
- Sell complex agentic AI solutions by mapping Scale's capabilities to high-impact workflows such as clinical documentation, prior authorization, and clinical trials.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs, and Heads of R&D.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded deal cycles, including ROI modeling and business case development.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to design and land technically credible pilots and production deployments.
- Navigate healthcare-specific regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and GxP.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform internal product roadmaps and vertical-specific solutions.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-million dollar deals in regulated environments.
- Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of healthcare/life sciences workflows (e.g., revenue cycle, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance).
- Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals, including account planning and forecasting discipline.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations such as HIPAA and FDA/GxP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling agentic AI, LLM platforms, or automation solutions specifically into the healthcare sector.
- Background working directly with clinical, regulatory, or data-centric organizations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical data, or real-world evidence platforms.
- Experience thriving in high-growth or emerging technology environments.
