Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion
• Manage renewals and expansions through consultative sales cycles
• Create and maintain strategic account plans with clear progress tracking
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and internal teams to resolve customer challenges
• Monitor customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn
• Demonstrate ROI to both executive and end-user levels

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and delivering NRR
• Domain expertise in CMS or experience selling API-based solutions (SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS)
• Experience navigating complex organizations and securing executive buy-in
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Based in the greater London area
