About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion
- Manage renewals and expansions through consultative sales cycles
- Create and maintain strategic account plans with clear progress tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and internal teams to resolve customer challenges
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn
- Demonstrate ROI to both executive and end-user levels
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and delivering NRR
- Domain expertise in CMS or experience selling API-based solutions (SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS)
- Experience navigating complex organizations and securing executive buy-in
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Based in the greater London area
