About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota
- Develop and manage sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth within mid-enterprise accounts
- Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center design environments
- Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth
- Provide management with feedback regarding local market opportunities and channel partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years of tech sales experience (IT Infrastructure or SaaS)
- Consistent track record of landing net new logos
- Proven performance selling to Fortune 100 end users
- Experience with self-sourced pipeline generation
- Proficiency using MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool
- Experience working with channel partners
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
