Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and custom solutions
  • Lead product demos and presentations tailored to prospect needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Manage and update sales activities in the CRM for accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and managing full sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle in a lean environment
