Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and custom solutions
- Lead product demos and presentations tailored to specific prospect needs
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs
- Manage and update sales activities in the CRM for accurate pipeline forecasting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
- Proven track record in B2B sales and managing full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle in a lean environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
