Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. Backed by $40M from Sequoia and Andreessen Horowitz, we are scaling a platform that unifies customer processes into a single, scalable dispatch operation.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and closing
- Execute account planning by mapping accounts that fit the ICP and identifying key contacts
- Manage pipeline with rigor using stage exit criteria and proactive risk assessment
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and leadership to advance opportunities
- Maintain client relationships from initial engagement through close, renewal, and expansion
Requirements
- Based in NYC and excited to work in-office 5 days a week
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience with complex workflow technology
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value for non-technical operators
- Proven grit and entrepreneurial spirit in early-stage environments
- Comfortable with 10% to 20% domestic travel
