Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle to drive new MRR and expand Plotline's footprint in the Indian enterprise market
• Build a robust pipeline by creating target lists of companies and prospects and initiating outreach
• Conduct pilots to establish the "aha moment" for potential customers
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise customers
• Continuously refine sales processes, strategies, and enablement tools based on market feedback
• Deliver specific MRR targets across quarterly and annual milestones

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in sales, management consulting, or experience as a founder
• Extreme ownership of the entire sales process and company revenue goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data
• Proven ability to build pipelines, conduct pilots, and close complex negotiations
• High level of persistence, hard work, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an inspiring personality
