About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle to drive new MRR and expand Plotline's footprint in the Indian enterprise market
- Build a robust pipeline by creating target lists of companies and prospects and initiating outreach
- Conduct pilots to establish the "aha moment" for potential customers
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise customers
- Continuously refine sales processes, strategies, and enablement tools based on market feedback
- Deliver specific MRR targets across quarterly and annual milestones
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, management consulting, or experience as a founder
- Extreme ownership of the entire sales process and company revenue goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data
- Proven ability to build pipelines, conduct pilots, and close complex negotiations
- High level of persistence, hard work, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an inspiring personality
