Playground is working to make excellent child care accessible to all. We’ve built a best-in-class vertical SaaS platform that helps child-care centers and early-education organizations manage every aspect of their operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-value enterprise accounts and execute strategic outbound motions
  • Conduct deep discovery to design tailored solutions for enterprise-scale requirements
  • Present to and influence senior decision-makers including COOs and finance executives
  • Own long sales cycles including procurement, security, and compliance reviews
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms for large, multi-year agreements
  • Partner with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Help shape enterprise go-to-market strategy, including ICP definition and pricing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience closing complex deals
  • Proven track record in vertical SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas with large deal sizes
  • Strong consultative selling and executive presence
  • Experience navigating procurement and compliance processes
  • Ability to build enterprise motions from scratch
  • Mission-driven interest in the early-childhood education space
