Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic commercial and national accounts, including prospecting, discovery, and negotiation
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded deals across real estate, construction, facilities, and procurement leaders
  • Develop account strategies for net new logos and multi-site program expansions
  • Build ROI-driven business cases tied to schedule certainty and capital efficiency for C-suite leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene throughout long sales cycles
  • Provide field insights to GTM and Product leadership to shape the enterprise roadmap

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $1M+
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate, retail/restaurant development, construction-tech, or PropTech
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Sandler
  • Ability to navigate executive relationships, procurement, and security reviews
  • Experience with multi-division or multi-site rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent top performer (President's Club or >120% attainment)
  • Experience selling to national retailers, franchise builders, or data center developers
  • Builder mentality suited for a high-growth startup environment
