Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing for new enterprise customers
- Build and expand the market in Turkey and Eastern Europe by identifying opportunities and shaping territory strategy
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including tenders and negotiations with senior decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers understand the business impact of agentic AI
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting teams
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience winning new logos and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience building pipelines in outbound-driven environments
- Ability to influence VP and C-level executives
- Technical curiosity regarding AI-driven products
- Native or bilingual in Turkish and fluent in English

- Experience in developing or untapped markets
