About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessment and demonstrate product value to prospects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and representatives within target accounts
- Focus on growing new revenue from Enterprise and Corporate clients
- Prepare effective presentations with support from Sales Engineers
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFIs, and negotiate business terms
- Initiate contact with prospects from marketing, referrals, or ADR teams
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information
- Represent Novisto at industry events and share client insights with product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Sustainability, or 6 years of software/SaaS sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling software at the Enterprise level
- Proficient in a consultative sales approach
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with ESG or sustainability is an asset
- Fluency in French is an asset
