Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through active prospecting and pipeline generation
- Execute technical and vision selling to articulate transformational outcomes for AI/ML and HPC
- Own the full sales cycle for complex $250K+ enterprise deals
- Compete against legacy storage vendors by positioning cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage
- Build business cases and ROI models to quantify value and risk mitigation
- Execute partner-led co-selling strategies with channel and alliance partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment ($1.5M+)
- Experience managing average deal sizes of $250K+
- Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments
- Proven history of building co-selling strategies with channel partners
- Experience selling against legacy storage solutions in a startup environment
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Deep existing relationships within the Southern California territory
