Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue growth by generating new deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Run a complex end-to-end sales process from solution scoping to contracting
- Partner with senior leadership and marketing to develop long-term growth strategy and sales collateral
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers within consumer lending, banks, and fintechs
- Collaborate on account-based marketing initiatives and event planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with direct FinTech, API, or selling into lending institutions
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to executive leaders
- Strategic negotiation skills with a talent for closing deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful history of selling into financial institutions, banks, or FinTechs
- Prior experience forecasting and managing revenue in a high-growth startup environment
