We partner with some of America’s largest mortgage lenders to transform their contact centers and compliance operations with AI voice agents. Backed by Y Combinator, Commerce Ventures, and executives from Snapdocs, Google, and WePay, we’re redefining how millions of borrowers interact with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts in mortgage lending, servicing, and consumer banking
  • Shape, execute, and win RFPs to deploy AI Agents across a lender's operations
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes including C-suite, InfoSec, legal, and procurement
  • Forecast sales activities and revenue achievements
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and present solutions
  • Contribute to sales strategy evolution and enterprise storytelling

Requirements

  • 6+ years of formal sales experience
  • Minimum 4 years selling to large mid-market or enterprise organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in B2B SaaS
  • 2-3 years of experience in a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience selling "net new" products requiring market education
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and methodologies like Outreach or MEDDIC
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to communicate technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an early sales hire or first non-founder sales hire at a startup
  • Experience selling to large banks and lenders
