Responsibilities
- Own mid-market and enterprise deals from a rapidly growing inbound pipeline
- Close $50K–$150K+ ACV contracts
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to refine pitch and pricing
- Work directly with founders and engineers to unblock deals or influence the product roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS closing experience in B2B software
- Proven track record of closing $50K–$300K+ ACVs
- History of quota-crushing performance (e.g., President’s Club, Top Rep)
- Ability to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days a week
- Thriving in a fast-moving, founder-led GTM environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Heads of TA, VP People, or HR leadership
- Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) models
- Experience working within a small GTM team of fewer than 5 people
