Responsibilities

  • Own mid-market and enterprise deals from a rapidly growing inbound pipeline
  • Close $50K–$150K+ ACV contracts
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to refine pitch and pricing
  • Work directly with founders and engineers to unblock deals or influence the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS closing experience in B2B software
  • Proven track record of closing $50K–$300K+ ACVs
  • History of quota-crushing performance (e.g., President’s Club, Top Rep)
  • Ability to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days a week
  • Thriving in a fast-moving, founder-led GTM environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Heads of TA, VP People, or HR leadership
  • Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) models
  • Experience working within a small GTM team of fewer than 5 people
